The Miami Basel Edition continues in style as London tech house innovator PAWSA takes over LIV Nightclub on Friday, December 4, 2026. Known for his inventive, old-school-infused take on tech house that has earned him a devoted global following and a reputation as one of the underground's most creative and consistent forces, PAWSA delivers a dancefloor experience rooted in craft, personality, and pure musical instinct inside the legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
From a warehouse party meeting that sparked one of electronic music's most celebrated label partnerships to headline shows at Gunnersbury Park and stages across the globe, PAWSA has spent over a decade proving that great tech house never goes out of style. Miami fans can expect a night packed with his signature reworks, original productions, and the kind of infectious, personality-driven DJ set that has made PAWSA one of the most sought-after names in the game.
About PAWSA
Born David Esekhile on March 31, 1992, in London, England, PAWSA discovered his passion for electronic music through the city's vibrant warehouse party scene before meeting fellow tech-house producer Michael Bibi at one such party — a chance encounter that would change the course of both their careers. The two went on to co-found Solid Grooves, one of the most celebrated and influential labels and parties in the history of tech house, whose events quickly began to take over the underground scene with their infectious, personality-led sound. PAWSA built his reputation through a summer residency at Sankeys Ibiza and a string of releases described by critics as "inventive tech house with an old school vibe," earning him fans across the electronic music world. His catalog of originals and reworks spans years of consistent output across Solid Grooves and beyond, with his series of minimal, tech house reworks of popular songs earning particular acclaim and helping introduce his sound to a wider audience. As one of the founding architects of the Solid Grooves sound, PAWSA has toured internationally across Europe and beyond, and in 2025 announced his biggest ever solo show with a headline date at London's Gunnersbury Park, a landmark moment in a career built entirely on musical integrity and dancefloor instinct. Named among the top 25 electronic music producers who defined 2024 by Mixmag, PAWSA arrives at LIV for the Miami Basel Edition with the kind of underground credibility and crowd-moving ability that makes him the perfect headliner for Miami's most creative season.
