Independence Day Weekend is one of the busiest stretches of the Las Vegas summer, and LIV Beach at Fontainebleau Las Vegas ran straight through it. From Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th, the pool deck delivered back-to-back headline sets from Dombresky, Tiësto and Devault for three days, three very different corners of dance music, one continuous weekend.

Dombresky Opens the Weekend

The weekend opened with Dombresky, whose blend of French house, soulful vocals and Chicago-influenced basslines has made him one of the most reliably crowd-pleasing bookings on the LIV calendar.

Friday set the tone early. The deck filled well before the afternoon peak, and the set leaned into a feel-good house rather than holding everything back for a final hour, the right call for a crowd that had three more days ahead of it.

Tiësto on the Fourth

The centerpiece of the weekend was Tiësto on the Fourth of July itself, a ticketed date that stood as one of the largest daylife events of the entire LIV Beach season.

Few artists have a longer track record of holding a crowd this size, and few holidays in Las Vegas draw one this deep. The set moved across two decades of material the arena-scale anthems people came for alongside the newer club records that have kept him relevant across successive generations of dance music fans.

Devault Closes It Out

Devault closed the weekend on Sunday with a set built on the melodic, cinematic bass music that has become his signature. After two days of house and festival-scale anthems, it gave the holiday a different ending — heavier, moodier, and better suited to a crowd on its third day than another round of peak-time records.

The pool season continues through October, with the rest of the summer calendar already live and Labor Day Weekend to come.
